Alabama Charcuterie
It’s an A labama Charcuterie board! Inspired by my friend Elizabeth's r edneck charcuterie this summer, I made an appetizer board with mostly M ade in Alabama products! The goodies on this board include W ickles Pickles and Wickles Pickled Okra, goat cheese with peach preserves from S weet Creek Farm Market (Pike Road, AL) , cream cheese and pepper jelly, pimento and cheese with pork skins and roasted salted A labama peanuts . I made some Alabama firecrackers and included Colby Jack cheese, Chicken in a Biscuit crackers and Ritz. The star of the show is, of course, C onecuh hickory smoked sausage! The finishing touch is S ister Schubert's sausage wrap rolls. Now let’s eat!
