Patriotic Perfection

With Independence Day coming very soon, I was inspired to set my table with a patriotic theme. I know it's a few weeks early to post, but I'm happy to see my home decked out in red, white and blue for a few weeks as we celebrate the opportunity to live in The United States of America. I'm hoping this early post will inspire you to pull out your patriotic decor!

My table is set with these cute round placemats from Pier1 (may it rest in peace), Churchill Blue Willow dinner plates, white American Sweetheart Monax luncheon plates and red Masons Vista dessert plates. The napkins are a cheap find from Home Goods (ages ago), and the napkins rings belonged to my mama. The flatware is my Southern Living at Home Gallery Collection that can be found on eBay. The glasses are my paternal grandmother's. For the centerpiece, I simply added hydrangeas and flags to a blue and white ginger jar.

Here a few other patriotic spots in my home.

My two front porch urns have white calibrachoa ("million bells"), foxtail ferns and sweet potato vines. I added the flags since I do not currently have a flag pole to display a big flag on my porch. My mantle is decorated with a cute banner found in the "dollar section" at Target a few years ago. This cute USA free printable was found on Pinterest!

Happy Independence Day!
